Q: How do I make a payment?
You can make your payment through: maybank2u, bank-in to our Hong Leong Bank or Maybank account, money order, cheque, or paying cash to our office. Please call us for the account number information.

Q: Can I make a pickup at the office to save on shipping?
Yes, you may make a pickup at our office to save on shipping. Our office working hour is Monday to Friday: 9.00am - 5.00pm, Saturday: 9.00am - 1.00pm.

Q: How do I Know my item has shipped?
You will receive a order number when purchase the item from us and we will let you know the estimated delivery date. If you have any enquiry about the order, please do email or contact us.

Q: Do you ship to oversea?
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer shipping overseas at this time.

Can you ship my product overnight, 2nd day, or Sunday delivery?
At this time we do not offer expedited shipping options. The shipping company's delivery time cannot be specifically guaranteed for your location in all cases. Please place all orders accordingly.

How can I get help with a guarantee claim?
